Amanda Brugel

Tessa Tessa Amanda AmandaPointe Claire is a sleepy community on that part of the island of Montreal known as"the West Island. Many people unfamiliar with the word generally believe that it's an isolated island to the west of Montreal however, in reality it's a part of the city that's west. West Island is home to all things that belong to the city of Lachine west. Amanda Brugel is said to be a native of the West Island, but the time she spent there was brief. Brugel grew in Courtice just outside Oshawa. She hoped to be a dancer from the start however, due to an explosive growth rate, she surpassed all her dance partners. According to an article by The Toronto Star, she confessed, "In heels I am 6 feet 1 inches." Once I outgrew my male counterparts I cut off. Many former dancers turn to acting and in Bruce's case, it was a nudge from a drama teacher at the high school that led her into the appropriate direction. It was the teacher who recommended she go after a role in the school's annual production. It was the teacher who suggested that she audition for a character in the school's annual production. It was her turn to be given the role of Anne of Green Gables. Her Fine Arts Talent Award at York University led her to the Theatre Program that she attended until 2000 with a bachelor's of fine arts degree.
