Lilly began to befriend her first encounter with Shahs of Sunset world as Reza's friend and Realtor. The house was acquired through the estates of automotive legend Lee Iococca. Lee Iococca paid the equivalent of $7.6m in dollars today for his residence in 1993. Lee could gain access to the exclusive hotel via his gate. Lee was able to walk between the two locations as would like. Lilly, Dara, and their children also gain from this. Iococca's family initially listed the property for $26million. In November 2020 Lilly granted the right to the property to Dara, potentially a sign that the couple were planning to separate.
